Sri Pattabhirama Seva Mandali started as a humble forum of 13 members in the year 1962 in Tayappanahalli of Jayanagar residential layout. The members would conduct Bhajan sessions every week and an annual Rama Navami celebration in the lunar month of Chaitra.
